Skillet Chicken With Mushrooms & Asparagus

Season chicken with salt, pepper, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp dried oregano

Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in skillet and add chicken.

After 3 min flip chicken. If it’s sticking to the pan it isn’t ready yet!

While the chicken is cooking chop 1 cup of organic white mushrooms

Also chop 1 cup of asparagus

Remove chicken. In same pan sauté asparagus for 3 minutes.

Add mushrooms and 1 tbsp of garlic. Sauté until mushrooms are golden brown.

Add in 1/2 cup organic low sodium chicken broth. Simmer for 5 min.

Add the chicken back into the pan

Garnish with fresh parsley and red pepper flakes

Serve over brown rice. Enjoy!
