1. The first move is x10 run skips!😀

Slow mo: This is x10 run skips as fast as you can😎

2. The next move is x10 squat jumps✌🏻

Slow mo: side swing with the rope each side and open out with the rope to jump through & Sit down into the squat position👌

3. Up next, X10 side swing crosses⚡️

Slow mo: bring one arm down by your hip with the other coming over to cross the rope👌
