Slow Cooker Beef Brisket
My slow cooker beef brisket is juicy, tender, and so easy to make!
Mix salt and pepper, cumin, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl.
Drain corned beef brisket and add to the slow cooker with 1 cup of water, fat side up.
Season with your seasoning mix. Set the heat to low and the timer for 8 hours.
Once 8 hours is up, serve and enjoy! Slice against the grain for best results.
