Slow Cooker Kalua Pork
What you need: pork shoulder roast, liquid smoke, sea salt or kosher salt, cabbage (optional)

Add pork shoulder to slow cooker

Mix together the liquid smoke and the salt and rub on both sides of the pork

Cook on low for 10-12 hours. Shred the meat.

If desired, add shredded cabbage

Mix it up and cook for an additional 25-30 minutes.

You’re ready to serve!
Serve with rice and macaroni salad
