Slow Cooker Pacific Pineapple Pulled Pork
Optional, but encouraged: brown hunks of pork shoulder.

Place in slow cooker and add pineapple, soy sauce and honey.

Sprinkle with 5 spice, garlic and ginger.

Shake in some toasted sesame oil.

Cook on high for 4-6 hours or low for 8. Remove meat from liquid and shred with a fork.

Remove grease and add back desired amount of cooking liquid.

Serve on a bun or over rice.
