Smoked Gouda & Ricotta Fritters
Oooey, gooey, smoky, and DELISH!
These warm and creamy Smoked Gouda & Ricotta Fritters are a savory appetizer or snack with wine!
The ingredients are few, and come together quickly and easily.

The cheeses are folded together along with salt, pepper, and thyme.

Form tablespoon-sized balls and dip into the egg, then flour, and lastly the panko. Chill to set.

Heat oil until shimmering and fry the fritters for several minutes moving constantly.

Fry until golden and molten in the center. Drain on brown paper bags. Chill the wine!

The smoky, melty center contrasts with the crispy crunchy outside, and is oh so good!
