Measure 1/2 cup nut butter (peanut butter) into the measure all cup. Push PB into mixing bowl.

Add 1/2 cup honey and 1/4 cup mini marshmallows to the mixing bowl.

Use the food chopper to finely chop 8 graham crackers. Add 1/4 cup of crushed grahams to mixing bowl.

Using a scraper, thoroughly mix the ingredients.

Use the small scoop to make 1 Tbsp sized balls. Make several at a time.

Cover a mini marshmallow with the energy mixture. Roll between hands into a ball & roll in crushed graham crackers.

Take 2: small scoop of mixture, then make well & add mini marshmallow. Cover marshmallow & roll & cover with graham crackers.
