Snacking Chocolate w/ Kumquats & Pepitas
You will need: 8 oz dark chocolate/roasted + salted pepitas/kumquats/sugar/salt/oil

Roast kumquats: slice 1/2 c. into 1/4 in. rounds, toss w/ 1 tsp oil, sprinkle of salt. 375 for 30m

Roll 1/4 cup kumquats in 2 tsp sugar

Pour melted chocolate onto parchment lined baking sheet

Smooth it out

Sprinkle with roasted pepitas

And kumquats

Gently press any kumquats down that might be protruding a little too much

Place in fridge for 30 minutes to set. Cut into pieces!
