Grip bar In The snatch position. Keep your hands evenly spaced

Keep a stable back and drive with your legs. Once the bar hits mid thigh push up with your arms

Once pressed out, lower the bar slowly to mid thigh

From mid thigh drive up with your legs and repeat the same motion

Remember that it will be harder from the thigh since you have less momentum

Finish set by dropping bar

Once dropped, fix the plates and take a rest
