Soba Noodle Mee Goreng

Weigh tofu, tamari and cornflour to a bowl. Stir and set aside.

Add onion, chilli and garlic to bowl. Chop 5 seconds/speed 7.

Scrape down sides of bowl.

Add sesame oil, coconut sugar, curry powder, tamari. Cook 2 min/100DEG/speed 2.

Transfer into thermal serving bowl to keep warm.

Add water to bowl. Heat 5mins/100DEG/speed 2.

Place varoma onto bowl. Add bok choy/oak choy/Chinese broccoli to dish and tray. Steam 8min/varoma/speed 2.

Meanwhile fry tofu in pan.

Remove varoma. Add soba noodles through hole in lid.

Stir veggies. Cook 3 min/varoma/reverse speed 1.

Transfer veg into bowl and mix into sauce.

Use varoma to strain soba noodles.

Top with fried shallots and lime wedge. Enjoy!
