Add 3/4c. softened butter, 1c. brown sugar and 1 egg in the Classic Batter Bowl

Using a Mini MeasureAll, add 1/2c. applesauce

Combine: 2 1/4c. flour, 1/2t. baking soda, 1/2t. salt, 3/4t. cinnamon, 1/4t. ground cloves

Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients

Stir to combine

Fold in 1 cup raisins

Add 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Fold to combine

If needed, add the lid and store dough in the fridge until time to bake

Use the small cookie scoop

Transfer dough to the Rectangle Stone

Mix up topping: 1/4 c. granulated sugar and 1t. cinnamon

Sprinkle each cookie with a little cinnamon sugar topping

Bake at 375F for 10-12 minutes

Cookies will be golden brown when done
