Soft & Sweet Coconut Biscuits

Whipping Cream, 1/3 Cup
Plain Flour, 3/4 Cup
Desiccated Coconut, 3/4 Cup
Honey, 3 tbsp
Whipping Cream, 1/3 Cup
Plain Flour, 3/4 Cup
Desiccated Coconut, 3/4 Cup
Honey, 3 tbsp
Butter, 3 Tbsp
Granulated Sugar, 3 tbsp
Egg, 1 Medium
Place the flour and desiccated coconut in a bowl

Pour the cream into a bowl

Then add the honey

Add the butter, and heat this mixture in the microwave for ~1 minute

Crack the egg into a bowl and whisk it

Add the sugar to the bowl of flour and coconut

Mix it all together

Add the melted cream/butter mixture

Add the egg and mix everything together

The dough should be soft and sticky like this

Shape the dough into small balls using your hands

Bake at 170°C for 15 minutes

Enjoy warm. Store in an airtight container and eat within five days
