Soft Brown Butter Ginger Cookies
Whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, allspice & salt

Brown your butter over medium high heat

Beat together brown sugar and cooled brown butter

Beat in an egg, vanilla and molasses until smooth

Slowly add the dry ingredients, beat until combined, and chill dough

Take a tablespoon of dough and roll it into a ball

Roll each dough ball in sugar, place on a lined cookie sheet & bake

Make the glaze: mix together powdered sugar, lemon juice & lemon zest
