Soul-Warming Hungarian Mushroom Soup
Melt 4 Tbsp butter in Dutch Oven and sauté the onions & mushrooms for 5 min over medium heat

Add 2 tsp dill, 1 tsp thyme & 1 Tbsp paprika, stir, cook for 9 minutes

Add 2 cloves of garlic, minced or grated

Add 1 tsp mushroom powder

Slowly pour in 2.5 cups chicken stock and 2 Tbsp soy sauce.

Add 1 Tbsp fresh lemon (1/2 lemon). Simmer for 7 minutes.

Combine 1 cup half & half and 3 Tbsp flour. Pour into soup. Cook 10 minutes

Turn off heat. Add 1/3 cup sour cream & mix into the soup.

Enjoy with a fresh piece of Garlic Tuscan Bread
