Sour cream Coffee Cake
Filling: Mix together 12g ap flour, 6g cinnamon, 180g brown sugar, 120g pecans chopped, and 30g butter melted

Cake: Cream 120g butter with 240g sugar. Then add two eggs one at a time. Finally stir in 240g of sour cream

Sift 210g bread flour, 1 tsp baking soda, pinch of salt, and 1 tsp baking powder

Stir in flour. add one tsp vanilla

Create layers with your batter and filling. ( I added a tad too much filling to the top so it sank🤷🏼‍♀️)

Bake! 350 for 40 minutes
