Dry roast beaten rice (poha light) until crisp

Transfer to a bowl set aside

In the same kadai add coconut oil. Fry some peanuts set aside

Some dry coconut fried gram. Take out and keep aside

In same kadai add curry leaves garlic turmeric salt and chilli powder
5
Add those crisp poha into the kadai then those ground nuts fried gram and coconut

Transfer to an airtight container and store at room temperature
