Southern Baked Creamy Mac & Cheese
Hey Whisk Taker! Lets make Mac & Cheese!

Add your chicken stock & 1 cup of water to a saucepan on medium high heat

Add your noodles and boil for 6-8 minutes to get that perfect al dente

Drain the small amount of liquid and place noodles in a large mixing bowl, throw in your butter

Place your sour cream in your noodles. OMIT if you like 😉

Bring on your cheese and mix it up! Be gentle on those noodles!

Now in a small bowl add your eggs, milk & cream and give it a good whisk!

Bring on the flavor. Give your custard a few dashes of each seasoning then whisk!

Butter up your pan and layer noodles, cheese, custard until complete.

Make sure pasta is okay in pan and then place in 375 preheated oven for 50-60 mins

Let your Mac & Cheese rest for 10 mins before indulging! Enjoy 😉
