Southern Salmon Croquettes
What you'll need

Canned Salmon
1
Egg
1/4 Cup Mayo
2 tsp
Lemon Juice
1 cup
Fish Fry
1/4 Chopped onions
Onion
4 tbsp
Vegetable Oil
1 tbs for garnish
Parsley
Gather Ingredients..Began prep

Whisk egg slightly in seperate bowl

Place your salmon in a bowl. Flake through and remove any hidden bones.

Add egg, mayo, lemon juice, onion and fish fry and fold all together until incorporated.

Shape salmon mixture into desired shaped patties

Heat the oil in a skillet on medium high. Add each patty leaving room between each

Cook 5 mins on each side until golden brown. Then drain on cooling rack or lined plate with paper towels.

Plate over some rice or grits! I love to add sone fresh parsely, lemon and a sprinkle of sugar! Its the southern flair I enjoy!
