Southwest Tofu Scramble
Extra firm tofu (pressed + diced), diced 🧅 + pepper, olive oil, turmeric, kala namak, pepper, 🧅 + 🧄 powder, cumin, 🌮 sauce, black beans
Heat olive oil on medium and add the tofu and turmeric. Break up the tofu with your spatula, making sure each piece is coated.
Add the veggies and seasonings. Cook 5-7 minutes.
Mix the taco sauce with water and kala namak. Stir into tofu and cook 2-3 more minutes.
Stir in the rinsed black beans and top with tomato and avocado!
