Southwestern Black Bean Burgers

2 15-ounce cans, drained
2 cloves, minced
Chipotle Chili Powder
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Prepare all of your ingredients before you begin.
Mash the beans with a fork or potato masher in a bowl. Leave some pieces and whole beans.
Mix in corn, breadcrumbs, garlic, chipotle powder, cumin, cilantro, egg, salt & pepper. Blend well.
Form the mixture into 6 tightly packed 1-inch thick patties.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties 4-5 minutes on each side.
Serve on buns with your favorite burger toppings. Enjoy!
