Southwestern Chicken Napoleons
Cut corn tortillas into squares. Brush both sides with oil. Repeat for a total of 12 tortillas.

Place tortilla squares on large bar pan. Place in 425 preheated oven for 10 minutes.

Season chicken breasts with Southwestern rub. Cook on Double Burner Grill Pan. Don’t forget to flip!

Place cooked chicken in Classic Batter Bowl. Chop with Salad Choppers.

Add 1 can drained black beans, 1/4 c mayo, 2 pressed garlic cloves, 1 c cheese and chopped cilantro.

Microwave chicken mixture for 1-2 minutes. Stir well.

Top tortilla chips with chicken mixture and sprinkle with queso fresco. Enjoy!
