What you’ll need
1 tsp dissolves in 1 cup boiling water
Agar agar powder
Buy
1/2 cup
Cashew nuts
Buy
1/8 tsp
Coarse salt
Buy
Blend cashew to fine flour

Dissolve agar powder (or beef gelatin) in hot boiling water + combine the liquid w/ cashew flour

Stir and cook the batter over low heat for roughly 3 mins. until thick grits-ish texture

Pour the thickened batter into a flat bottom mold

Tap the container a few times to smooth the surface

Let cool - refrigerate for 1-2 hrs - it will gel!

Slice into cubes - add veggies & dressing
