Corn Flour

Rice Flour

Lemon Juice

Chilli Powder
For shallow frying
Oil
Soak soya granules to hot water for 1/2 hr at least, then wash and drain

Squeeze of the excess water and rinse well few times. Squeeze and drain up the water.

Blend them to a coarse texture.

Add all spice power, onions, green chillies, Ginger garlic paste , lemon juice ,salt

Add corn flour, rice flour mix everything well ( it should be non sticky dough) If need add flour

Make small patties from it (Make shape of your choice) and keep it aside

you can refrigerate at this stage for 10 mins, this step is optional

Shallow fry the patties till they are brown in color

Sprinkle chaat masala & serve soya kebab hot with sauce / green chutney
