750g ground beef, powder mustard, salt, breadcrumbs,egg,thyme, oregano,white pepper, garlic powder
Make small balls.
In a frying pan, add 1 tbsp vegetable oil and fry the meatballs.
In a mixer,add 1 can tomatoes,4 garlic cloves, 1 small onion,basil,oregano,chilli flakes & rosemary.
Pour in a pan and add 1/2 cup of white wine.
Add the meatballs and simmer for 15 mins.
Serve with spaghetti and sprinkle some grated parmesan.
