Spaghetti Squash Keto “pasta”
Slice spaghetti squash in half and pre-heat oven to 400°F.

Scoop out the “guts” and seeds.

Season with basil, oregano, salt, pepper, and olive oil before putting squash into the oven.

After about 15 minutes, take the squash out of the oven and use a fork to gently scrape the squash.

Mix tomato sauce into the “noodles”, and pop the squash back in the oven for another 15-20 minutes.

Scrape contents into a bowl and top with hemp seeds, herbs, or whatever you prefer!
