Gather ingredients
Brush oil on bottom of STONEWARE LOAF PAN

Combine dry ingredients in CLASSIC BATTER BOWL

Grate 3/4 cup carrots

Grate 3/4 cup zucchini

Add remaining ingredients

Pour batter into loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 65-70 minutes

Remove from oven. Cool in pan 5 minutes. Loosen sides from pan. Remove to cooling rack.
