Marinate: Add butter milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, hot sauce and mix well

Toss in mix of boneless chicken thighs and breasts and marinate for a few hours or overnight.

Crust: mix flour, same spices

Toss chicken in flour mix and coat well. Set aside until ready to fry.

Gently place chicken in hot oil. Frying time depends on thickness of chicken. About 5 min each side.

Oil should be at 350F/175C and inside of chicken should be 165. Fry until golden brown and crispy

Sauce: Mix mayo, hot sauce and garlic powder

Chicken sauce: on medium heat, mix hot sauce, butter, and white vinegar

Add chicken to sauce and toss until coated evenly

Assemble sandwhich with sauce, pickles, lettuce, chicken on a toasted brioche bun. Enjoy!
