Wash & dry your scallions. Finely slice and place aside.

Using a sharp knife, trim the tuna into a clean rectangle. Slice into 1/2 inch ‘filets’.

Next, slice the filets into strips and then dice.

Add the scallions, sauces, and mix thoroughly.

Serve on your favorite crackers or wontons, garnished with thinly sliced avocado! Yum!
