Spicy Vanilla Coconut Granola
Add 4 cups oats, 4 cups nuts/seeds to a bowl. Add 1 tsp each cinnamon, nutmeg + 3/4 tsp salt.

On low heat cook 1/3 cup water + 1 cup sugar. Stir. Off heat and add 1/3 cup oil + 3 tsp vanilla.

Add liquid to oat and nut mix. Stir well.

Cook at 250 degrees for 1 hr 15 min.

Take out and flip onto another cookie tray. Cook for 45 minutes longer.

Mix it up and enjoy!
