SPIN AND TONIC (frozen gin and tonic)

Set up your ice cream maker: Add in cold, fresh (not flat), regular (not diet) tonic.

Churn on speed 3 or 4–Slower speeds make it chunkier. Let it go until it is fluffy, 10-15 minutes.
While that finishes, measure your gin into your glasses.

Add your tonic slush into each of your glasses.

Garnish your drink: We like orange, especially in the summer. Add a reusable straw to stir.
