Splash and Drip Cake
Make a splash shape out of melted chocolate on plastic wrap. Then drape over a small bowl to set
Fill, stack and do an initial buttercream coating on your cake. Chill for 20 minutes.
Wrap your cake in buttercream and take time to smooth it. Finish the top edge to make it sharp.
Using melted chocolate with a dash of oil in it, spoon a drip and cover the top.
Once it’s set, Carefully remove the splash from the plastic wrap and fix it to the cake.
Push a heated metal skewer through the chocolate. Push a straw through and cover with chocolate
Place a piece of bent florist wire into the straw and cover with chocolate to stick a wrapper to it
