Split Pea Dal Recipe
Pressure cook the washed lentils with Salt, Bay Leaf & a drizzle of Mustard Oil
Heat some Ghee in a pan and temper it with Hing, Green Chilli & Panchphoron (Bengali Spice Mix)
Add the cooked Dal and let it simmer. Also check for salt.
Finish with some freshly chopped Coriander leaves
