Separate 4 eggs to whites and yolks

Whisk egg whites to very sturdy condition. Adding a pinch of salt will help

Transfer egg whites in a separate bowl and store in the fridge for now

Now the turn is for egg yolks. Whisk it with sugar (80-100g) and vanilla till it’s doubled in size

Add a bit of egg white to make egg yolks mass thinner

Start adding flour (80g) with a pinch of salt and baking powder (1tsp)

Incorporate the rest of egg yolks. Do little by little, slowly combining them together

Place it to the baking pan. Bake for 20-25 min, always double check with a wood stick
8
Bake for 25 min or till the toothpick comes out dry. Build your cake and enjoy! 😘
