Spooky Halloween Cupcake Toppers
Roll out white fondant on powdered sugar surface until smooth/thin. If fondant is dry, use Crisco.

Using cookie cutter, cut out 4 ghosts.

Roll out black fondant until it is smooth/thin.

Cut out 4 circles, 4 small ovals using the tip of a straw, and 8 circles using a small piping tip.

Using a dry paintbrush, smooth out any jagged edges on fondant cut-outs.

Paint the back of each piece of fondant with water using a paintbrush. Build fondant ghosts and dry.

Once dry, put cupcake toppers on top of baked and frosted cupcakes. Spooktacular Halloween cupcakes!
