Spring Green Fattoush Salad
Make your flat bread or use store bought pita bread or naan - brush with spiced oil (olive oil, cumin, salt, chili flakes)

Bake until golden then cool completely on rack

Chop or break apart into pieces

Place shallots garlic and lemon juice into small bowl

Whisk in olive oil

Sumac, salt and pepper to taste and 1-2 tablespoons of pomegranate molasses

Place blanched cooled and drained peas in bowl along with sliced cucumbers & radishes

Chopped green onion

Fresh chopped parsley and mint

Drizzle over dressing and toss

Toss in the flatbread and enjoy - feel free to add in extra greens or veggies
