What you'll need
Chicken Drumsticks (Lovely Legs) Skinless.
Tin Of Chopped Tomatoes
3-4 dessert spoons
Chicken Curry Paste
1 dessert spoons
Fresh Curry Leafs
1 tablespoon Turmeric
The base ingredients for my Sri Lankan chicken curry.
Saute in veg oil the onions, curry leaves,cardomon pods, cinnamon, chillies, chicken lovely legs
Add curry chicken curry mix paste.
Add chopped tomatoes, white vinegar, salt and lemon juice.
Add some water and simmer for 1 to 1.30 hrs. Add 1 dessert spoon tomato paste, adjust seasoning.
Add the coconut milk. Simmer, simmer and simmer.
Make the dahl and silverbeat curry. Red lentils, shallots, tumeric, garlic, curry leafs & chillies.
Enjoy with steamed basmati rice. Add some mango chutney, pickles and coconut sambol.
