Sriracha Honey Bacon-Wrapped Tater Tots
Season the tots and stir to coat. I use Lawry's Seasoned Salt.

Cut the bacon into strips lengthwise. You'll use a half strip per tot.

If your tots are small, you can use a quarter piece.
Wrap each tot with a strip of bacon.

Mix the honey and sriracha together.

Drizzle half the sauce onto the tots and carefully stir to coat.

Add the tots to a lined baking sheet and bake in the oven at 400 degree F for 20 minutes.

Remove from the oven and cool slightly.

Serve with the remaining sauce.
