St. Louis BBQ Pork Steaks
Season pork steaks overnight using Smoky Applewood rub.

Spray Double Burner Grill with oil using the Kitchen Spritzer. Heat for 5 minutes.

Add pork steaks using the Large Chef Tongs.

Combine 1 c. of water with 1/4 c. Apple cider vinegar.

Baste steaks with vinegar mixture on both sides during the first 15 minutes of grilling.

Baste with your favorite BBQ sauce.

Grill until the internal temp is at least 145 degrees.
Let rest for 4 minutes before eating.
