Place water into small bowl and sprinkle gelatin over it and let it sit for a few minutes to bloom

Pour heavy whipping cream,vanilla extract and powdered sugar to bowl and mix to soft peaks

Drizzle in gelatin while mixing

Then mix on high

Then you are ready to easily spread or pipe onto cakes etc
