Steak & Cauliflower Skillet [Keto]
1 Lb Sirloin Steak Cubed
1 Tbsp Plus 2 Tsp Crushed Peppercorn & Garlic Rub
2 Tbsp Oil, Divided
8 oz Button Mushrooms
1/2 Cup Beef Broth
1 Med Head Cauliflower
10 oz Fresh Spinach

Prepare 8 oz button mushrooms. I used baby bellas.
Slice the mushrooms with the Quick Slice.
Cut the cauliflower into florets.
Slice 2 green onions. Set aside.

Just drop roots down in shallow water. The herb keeper works great for that.
Slice and cube the steak. Steak is easier to slice if chilled for 10 mins in the freezer before slicing.
Season with 1 tbsp Crushed Peppercorn and Garlic Rub.
Heat 1 tbsp oil 3 - 4 mins over med high. Add steak in a single layer. Cook 3 - 4 minutes. Stir and cook 1 - 2 mins more. Remove steak from pan.
Add 1 tbsp oil to pan along with mushrooms. Cook 5-6 mins. Use the moisture of the mushrooms to scrape up any stuck-on steak bits.
Add the cauliflower, broth and 2 tsp of rub. Cook, stirring, 10 to 12 minutes until broth has evaporated.
Continue cooking 2 to 3 minutes after liquid has evaporated until cauliflower is golden brown.
Return steak and any juices to skillet. Add spinach in batches. Cook and stir until wilted.
Serve with green onions.
