Steakhouse Sherry Mushrooms
Wipe the mushroom with a wet paper towel and remove the stems.

In a large sauté pan heated over medium heat add 2 tablespoons butter and 1 minced shallot. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add 2 cloves minced garlic.

Add the cleaned mushrooms and sauté for 5-7 minutes.

When the mushrooms have browned slightly add the sherry cooking wine.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Top with parsley and serve.
