Step 3 - Making Soft Idli’s! Tips & Tricks
Our batter has been fermenting for about 8 hours now let’s check it out!

Let’s checkout out our fermented batter!

For Soft Idli’s use the top portion of the batter!

Transfer it over to the idli tray

Transfer it over to the steamer and cook it for 15-18 mins

Tip - Sprinkle cold water over cooked idli to keep them extra soft

Remove from the mould and enjoy with ghee, chutney and sambhar!
