Sticky Asian Chicken Wings
Pat wings dry and toss in olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Turn air fryer to 380F spray the basket with cooking spray. Place the wings in the basket

Cook for 25 mins shaking basket every 5 mins. After 25 mins increase to 400F. Cook for 5 more mins.

Oven method: add wings to rack. Bake on 425F for 15 mins. Remove and turn. Cook another 15-20 mins.

Sauce:Coconut aminos, white rice vinegar, minced garlic, sesame seed oil, ginger, arrowroot flour.

Add all the sauce ingredients except the arrowroot flour to a saucepan over medium heat.

Once hot, add the arrowroot dissolved in water to the sauce. Allow to heat 2 mins to thicken.

Remove wings from the air fryer OR oven. They should be really crispy.

Add the wings to a bowl and mix in the sauce until coated. Garnish with jalapeños and sesame seeds.
