Sticky Siracha Tofu Bowl
Weigh tofu into a bowl and set aside.

Chop 3 garlic cloves.

Scrape down sides of bowl

Add water, tamari, honey, Siracha and cornflour. Mix + heat 2 mins.

Pour marinade over tofu and set aside.

Weigh rice into simmering basket and rinse

Add water and salt. Re-insert basket with rice. Cook 20 mins

Place varoma into position. Add carrot, broccolini and snow peas. Cook 5-10 mins.

Meanwhile fry tofu in pan. Leave some marinade.

Assemble bowl, top with marinade and a sprinkle of seeds
