Stir Fry With Big Spoon Roasters
Mix 5 T nut butter, 3 T coconut aminos, 2 T water, 1 T sriracha, 1 t ginger, lime juice, and pepper
Make rice: heat 2 t oil, 2 cups water, salt, rice until water is absorbed
In a skillet, cook 1 T oil with tofu and remove. Then add veggies of choice with coconut aminos
Add your cooked tofu with your sauce
Mix well and serve with rice to enjoy!
