Add tomatoes to meat and mushroom mixture.

Add 2 TBS Bell Pepper Herb Rub.

Break up 10 lasagna noodles and add them to Family Skillet with 2 cups of veggie broth. Gently press to submerge noodles & cook covered for 10 min.

Combine 1 C ricotta cheese and 1 egg. Add dollops to Skillet. Cover & cook 8-10 minutes until noodles are tender.

Sprinkle with 1 C mozzarella cheese. Remove from the heat and let stand, covered 5 minutes.
