Crumble 8 oz (3 links) of sweet sausage with the Mix ‘n Chop until browned (5 min)

Wash & slice 8 oz of Cremini mushrooms (I used Chanterelles). Add to the pan with sausage. Add 1 tsp salt.

Open can of crushed tomatoes, stir in. Add 2 Tbsp Bell Pepper Herb Rub.

Add 2 cups veggie broth (I used chicken broth)

Break 10 lasagna noodles into quarters - wrap in a kitchen towel to reduce mess. Submerge pieces fully. Reduce heat, cook 10 minutes.

Combine 1 cup ricotta cheese with 1 large egg.

Add dollops of the ricotta mixture. I used the Medium Scoop (2 Tbsp). Cover & cook 8 minutes.

Grate 1 cup mozzarella cheese and sprinkle on top

Add fresh basil with the Herb Mill.
