Strawberry Balsamic Ahi Tuna

Toss together green beans with some sesame oil, salt/pepper

Bake for 15 minutes at 400 F on a parchment sheet lined baking pan

Add diced strawberries, dark brown sugar, balsamic vinegar and soy sauce to a sauce pan

Bring to a soft boil till sauce reduces by half and thickens

When thickened pour sauce into a strainer to strain out strawberry pieces

Take Tuna and add some sesame oil, salt and pepper

Roll around in sesame seed

Cook Tuna on medium high in a skillet for 30 seconds to a minute on both sides (sesame oil )

Slice Tuna to preferred thickness, fan out over beans, and soon sauce over fish

Dip a sliced strawberry in the sauce as a garnish β€οΈπŸ“πŸ˜˜
