Pat turkey dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper.
Warm jam in a saucepan over medium heat. Spread over the turkey.
Roast 1.5 to 2 hours or until internal temp reaches 160F. Garnish with basil.
Allow to rest 20 minutes. Slice and serve with extra jam and basil. Full recipe is linked below.
