Strawberry Crumble Bars (GF!)
Mix almond flour, oat flour, oats & salt

Add in melted butter, maple syrup & vanilla extract and stir together

Reserve one cup of mixture for topping, then press remaining dough into a pan and bake

Add chopped strawberries, cornstarch, maple syrup, lemon juice & almond extract to a pot

Simmer until slightly thickened

Add strawberry filling on top of the crust

Top with the reserved crumble topping and bake again
